🚩ศูนย์ข่าวสารสถานการณ์ ไทย – กัมพูชา ได้รับทราบรายงานจากฝ่ายกัมพูชาที่แจ้งต่อคณะผู้สังเกตการณ์อาเซียน (AOT) เกี่ยวกับข้อกล่าวหาว่าฝ่ายไทยได้กระทำการละเมิดข้อตกลงหยุดยิงในหลายพื้นที่ ตามแนวชายแดนไทย – กัมพูชา ในช่วงวันที่ 12 – 22 มกราคม 2569
ประเทศไทยขอยืนยันจุดยืนอย่างชัดเจนว่า ฝ่ายไทยยังคงยึดมั่นและปฏิบัติตามถ้อยแถลงร่วมจากการประชุมคณะกรรมการชายแดนทั่วไป (GBC) สมัยพิเศษ ครั้งที่ 3 เมื่อวันที่ 27 ธันวาคม 2568 อย่างเคร่งครัด โดยไม่มีการเคลื่อนย้ายกำลังทหารหรือเสริมกำลังใด ๆ เกินกว่าแนวการวางกำลัง (Troop Deployment Line) ตามที่ได้ตกลงไว้ร่วมกัน
สำหรับประเด็นข้อกล่าวหาที่เกี่ยวข้องกับ
• การใช้โดรน
• การติดตั้งสิ่งกีดขวางชั่วคราว
• การเก็บกู้หรือทำลายวัตถุระเบิด
• การปฏิบัติของกำลังพลในพื้นที่
ฝ่ายไทยขอชี้แจงว่า การดำเนินการดังกล่าวเป็นไปเพื่อการลาดตระเวนและการรักษาความปลอดภัยของประชาชนและกำลังพล ภายในพื้นที่แนวการวางกำลังของฝ่ายไทย มิได้เป็นการละเมิดอธิปไตยของฝ่ายใด และไม่ขัดต่อข้อตกลงหยุดยิงที่มีผลบังคับใช้อยู่ในปัจจุบัน
ประเทศไทยเคารพบทบาทและอำนาจหน้าที่ของคณะผู้สังเกตการณ์อาเซียน (AOT) ในการติดตาม ตรวจสอบ และรายงานข้อเท็จจริงในพื้นที่ พร้อมให้ความร่วมมืออย่างเต็มที่ ภายใต้กรอบที่ทั้งสองฝ่ายได้ตกลงร่วมกัน
ทั้งนี้ ประเทศไทยขอย้ำถึงความสำคัญของการยึดถือความเข้าใจร่วมกันอย่างละเอียดถี่ถ้วนตามถ้อยแถลงร่วมดังกล่าว และขอให้ทุกฝ่ายใช้กลไกที่มีอยู่เพื่อคลี่คลายข้อสงสัยด้วยข้อมูลข้อเท็จจริง บนพื้นฐานของความโปร่งใส และความยับยั้งชั่งใจ เพื่อธำรงไว้ซึ่งบรรยากาศแห่งสันติภาพและเพื่อส่งเสริมเสถียรภาพตามแนวชายแดนไทย – กัมพูชาอย่างยั่งยืน

🚩Statement Regarding Allegations of Ceasefire Violation submitted by Cambodia

The Joint Information Center on the Thailand-Cambodia Situation has received a summary of the reports from the Cambodian side, submitted to the ASEAN Observer Team (AOT), alleging that Thailand violated the ceasefire agreement in several areas along the Thai-Cambodian border between 12 – 22 January 2026.
Thailand would like to reaffirm the following :
Thailand remains committed and strictly adheres to the Joint Statement of the 3rd Special Session of the General Border Committee (GBC) on 27 December 2025. There has not been any movement of troops or reinforcement beyond the agreed-upon Troop Deployment Line.
Regarding allegations concerning :
• The use of drones
• The installation of temporary barriers
• The removal or destruction of explosive ordnance
• The operations of troops in the area
Thailand underlines that these operations are intended for patrolling and ensuring the safety of civilians and personnel within the troop deployment line. They do not violate the sovereignty of either party and strictly adhere to the current ceasefire agreement.
Thailand respects the role and responsibilities of the ASEAN Observer Team (AOT) in monitoring, verifying, and reporting the facts on the ground, and is fully cooperating within the framework agreed upon by both sides.
Furthermore, Thailand would like to reiterate the importance of jointly adhering to the understanding outlined in the Joint Statement and urges all parties to utilize existing mechanisms to resolve any doubts with factual information, based on transparency and restraint, in order to maintain an atmosphere of peace and promote lasting stability along the Thai-Cambodian border.
